Red Brick Transport LLC was registered August 15, 2022, and launched full operations in January 2025. Built with one objective: provide professional, responsive courier services that organizations can rely on when timing is the only thing that matters.

Founded and independently owned by Terrill Williams, Red Brick Transport was built on 20+ years of sales leadership experience and a straightforward belief: organizations that depend on time-critical logistics deserve a courier partner who communicates clearly, executes precisely, and shows up every time.

Agreement to Terms

By using the Red Brick Transport website or engaging Red Brick Transport LLC for courier or logistics services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Red Brick Transport LLC provides time-critical courier and logistics services in Western Pennsylvania and the tri-state region (PA/WV/OH) under active USDOT authority (3951452), MC authority (1470707), and PA PUC authority (A-8928745). Service availability, pricing, and routing are subject to confirmation at the time of dispatch.

All rates listed on this website are starting rates. Final pricing is confirmed at dispatch based on distance, timing, service type, and applicable surcharges. Red Brick Transport reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring materials tendered for transport are properly packaged and labeled
  • Complying with all applicable laws regarding the materials being transported
  • Providing accurate pickup and delivery information
  • Ensuring authorized personnel are available at pickup and delivery locations
  • Compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations for healthcare-related shipments

Prohibited Items

Red Brick Transport will not knowingly transport illegal substances, hazardous materials requiring special permitting beyond our current authority, or any items prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law. Transport of biological substances is conducted in compliance with UN3373 Category B Biological Substance Transport regulations. Red Brick Transport holds active UN3373 certification through Saf-T-Pak, valid through 06/15/2028.

Limitation of Liability

Red Brick Transport's liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the shipment or the applicable service fee paid. Red Brick Transport is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Clients with high-value or irreplaceable materials should carry appropriate insurance coverage.

Cancellations

Cancellations made after dispatch has been initiated are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. After-hours service is available with a $40 surcharge. Wait time beyond the first 10 minutes is billed at $25 per 15-minute increment.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Changes to Terms

Red Brick Transport reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
